The Kick Counter is an interactive tool to help you track your baby’s movements (kicks, rolls, flutters, swishes) during pregnancy.
Why Count Kicks?
Monitoring your baby’s movements is a simple way to check on your baby’s wellbeing. Changes in your baby’s movement patterns can sometimes indicate a problem that needs medical attention.
- Start counting kicks after 28 weeks of pregnancy
 - Count at the same time each day when your baby is usually active
 - Most babies move at least 10 times in 2 hours
 - Track patterns of activity over time

When to Call Your Doctor
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if:
- You notice a significant decrease in movement
 - Your baby doesn’t move 10 times within 2 hours
 - The pattern of movement has changed dramatically
 - You haven’t felt movement for several hours

Note: Every baby is different. Get to know your baby’s normal pattern of activity. What matters most is a change from your baby’s usual pattern.
